These Keto Carnivore Pasta Noodles are a carnivore-friendly version of my popular keto noodles. They stay firm, hold up well in sauces and soups, and are incredibly versatile. Made with only four simple ingredients and no special tools, pasta is back on the menu.

How to Make Keto Carnivore Pasta Noodles
If you follow a carnivore approach, you might miss certain staples—pasta being near the top of that list. Whether you’re new to carnivore eating, trying a challenge, or simply curious how to recreate comforting dishes without plant-based flours, this recipe makes a robust noodle alternative.
This basic keto pasta sheet can be turned into linguine, fettuccine, lasagna sheets or any broad noodle you need. The texture is sturdy, so the noodles hold up well in soups, baked dishes, and saucy entrees.
There is a step-by-step video demonstration available if you prefer visual instructions.
Ingredients Needed for Carnivore Noodles
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons finely ground pork rinds (pork dust)
- 1 tablespoon dry Parmesan
Optional: If you prefer, you can substitute 2–3 tablespoons of a carnivore-style flour product instead of pork dust. Keep the ratio close and test for desired thickness.
You will also need:
- Large baking sheet
- Silicone baking mat or parchment paper
- Sharp knife
- Blender or high-powered mixer
You Can Even Make Your Own Pork Dust
If you don’t want to buy pre-ground pork dust, it’s very easy to make at home. Use a blender to grind pork rinds into a fine crumb and store the powder in a sealed jar. I blend in small batches (fill the jar halfway), and tap the jar occasionally so the rinds fall to the blades for even grinding.

What Can You Do With These Keto Noodles?
These noodles are useful for many carnivore-friendly dishes. A few ideas:
- Spaghetti and meatballs (slice the sheet thinner for spaghetti)
- Carbonara with shrimp and bacon
- Chicken noodle-style soup (cut thinner and shorter; use rich chicken bone broth)
- Carnivore lasagna—make wider sheets and layer with meat and cheese
Tips and Tricks When Making the Carnivore Noodles
- Double the recipe; the noodles store well and it’s handy to have extra.
- The batter is thin when poured. Pour into the center of your mat and let it spread, then gently smooth it to an even, thin sheet.
- The batter will puff slightly while baking, so spread it as thin as you can. An angled frosting spatula works well to get an even layer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for quick meals or to add to soups.
